I wonder if a real estate agent must have their license held by a brokerage to work or have their license held directly by an owner of real estate such as land developer or distributor. You know what I found? All agents, by state law, must be supervised. When mistakes are made by agents, the fault of a runner. The owner of a real estate developer or more dead or land can hold a broker's license only if you also are brokers.
